My email was not responded to/My Question via email was not answered?

We at Napp2reality want your shopping experience to be a great one on our website, however you may have some questions that may arise about your order you feel you need to email about. Your email will be answered according to the following as many of the common questions you have already been answered here or on the FAQ page. The Follow emails will be responded to by one of our customer service team:

  1. Damaged or defective goods
  2. Wrong address
  3. Size change within 24 hours
  4. Tracking has not been received within 7 business days

Please understand that we appreciate your business with us and we want to spend time making sure you experience is a great one and providing you with the creative design you love. Thank you.

When will tracking be available?

Tracking will be emailed when item is shipped.

I have received different tracking numbers for my order, why?

We have different fullfillment centers for different items on our site, each center will send a tracking number with each completed part.

Where's My Tracking?

Tracking is sent through the email you have checked out with when placing your order. Please check your spam for an email from info@napp2reality.com because tracking is guaranteed to be sent to the email you provided with your order during checkout within 2-7 business days. If you have not received you tracking please check your spam. You can check the status of your via your account. To view account or sign up please go to the my account tab.

I have not received an estimated delivery date with on My Order, Why?

We at Napp2reality cannot give you an estimated delivery date with your order until your order is shipped.

I Realized My Address is wrong/My Package went to the wrong Address, What Should I do?

Please be sure to check your address before checking out for we are not responsible for incorrect shipping information. In the case of your order goes to the wrong address and/or is return you will have to contact info@napp2reality.com, provide the correct address and you will be invoiced email provided in your account for your item(s) to be reshipped. Incorrect shipping information will result in delays in your order.

Napp2realty has made an Error on My Order, What should I do?

At Napp2reality, it is our focus to handle defective product with excellence. Please contact us at the email provided above with pictures of the defective product and we will handle the issue for you. Thank you in advance.

I Don't Know What Size to Order, What Should I Do?

Napp2reality provides a size chart on the size chart link found in the menu. you can also click here. We would suggest if you are not confident about your sizing for your order, please google how to use size chart for t-shirts on the web to aid you in your process of select because you have 24 hours after purchase to change your size.

My Shirt does not Fit/I Ordered the Wrong Size and/or Color?

When you order you have 24 hours to change the sizing and/or color of your item. Once you item is picked, pulled, and printed the size cannot be changed. Please refer to size chart for accurate measurements. Shirts cannot be exchanged or refunded for incorrect size. To insure you order the proper fit for the Fitted T Shirts and The Slim Fitted Tanks please refer to our Size Chart Tab. All sizes and tags are true to size according to the size chart.  Napp2reality wants to provide you with excellent artwork, quality apparel, and excellent service throughout your experience with us. This is why the size chart has been provided. These items are custom made to order and are non-cancelable, non-returnable & non-refundable.

How do I wholesale with Napp2reality?

We are not offering Wholesale at this time.
